the Context
This site is a more professional update of the initial WordPress template site intended to promote the Domes d'Albion project. The promoters of the project, Bernard Mongelard and Jean-Philippe Brusselmans entrusted us with the creation of the promotional site for their ambitious real estate project.
means
We started from a structure that we had already developed for another real estate project in order to respect both budgetary constraints and tight timing to replace the old WordPress site which had been hacked due to lack of maintenance and security.
Challenge
Develop a more current website than the basic site which had been made with WordPress and had become obsolete both in terms of content (text and photos) and at the graphic and above all technical level. We developed a site in record time to serve as a basis for online communication. (Emailings, Google Ads and Facebook).
Results
Since the site went online in July 2021, monthly traffic has increased from less than 200 to 500 and then to about a thousand visits thanks to the marked improvement in its natural referencing. Of the 19 villas, only 3 remained available for sale in early 2022, and just one by now.
